Carol Hulme

Carol arrived in Australia from the UK when she was just a little girl and her first job after leaving school was working in the real estate industry all the way back in 1975. With over 33 years of experience, Carol has done everything from being a receptionist, sales agent, property manager, and accounts manager. Carol’s greatest strength is her ability to discuss money matters in layman's terms. She has a lot to contribute from her extensive and robust knowledge of the industry.
Carol shows a strong dedication to her job with her daily 45 minutes’ drive from Ballendella to Bendigo that she has been consistently doing for the past 5 years. What she loves the most about working with clients and coworkers in this industry is the ability to meet so many varied personalities. For her, every day is a new exciting day. She enjoys meeting a diverse set of people from different walks of life. From the investor who owns a million-dollar house to the person who wants to get the cheapest rental possible.
Outside of work, Carol’s hobbies include knitting and playing hockey. She has been playing hockey for over 50 years and currently plays for the Wycheproof hockey team.
