Meet Fergus. With 4 years experience working with Ray White, he will be assisting on strengthening the office’s recruitment program, specialising in onboarding of new team members and ensuring they have the skills and expertise to excel.

Understanding the importance of creating meaningful relationships through effective communication, he has honed his skills in problem-solving and ensuring challenges are met with professional finesse. As a dedicated facilitator, Fergus not only assists team members in understanding client needs but also plays a pivotal role in cultivating robust working relationships. Notably, he was recognised with the "Happy Client Award" for exceptional service throughout the first, second, and third quarters of 2023, underscoring a commitment to client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Fergus’ quirkier side shines through his small collection of lightsabres and fossils, which he enthusiastically tries to grow whenever he’s not daydreaming of stories to write.
