Georgina began her real estate career as a receptionist, where she quickly developed a strong appreciation for the fast-paced nature of the industry and the importance of first impressions and client experience. She later progressed into both Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager roles, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the full property lifecycle and the needs of landlords and tenants alike.

With a strong drive for growth and continuous improvement, Georgina is motivated to expand her expertise and leverage her industry knowledge to support business growth and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

A natural people person, she excels at building and maintaining strong relationships, taking pride in her ability to connect with clients, understand their goals, and add value at every stage.

Now working as a Business Development Manager, Georgina brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach to growing and retaining management. She is passionate about helping property owners maximise the performance of their investments, offering clear advice, strong communication, and a genuine commitment to long-term partnerships. Her hands-on experience across property management allows her to confidently guide clients through the onboarding process and provide reassurance backed by real industry insight.

Outside of work, Georgina enjoys spending time in Toolleen supporting her partner at local football matches and attending games at the Kangaroo Flat Cricket Club to watch her two older brothers compete. A lifelong Magpies supporter, she brings the same passion, dedication, and team spirit to her work as she does to sport.
