Georgina Klemm

After beginning her real estate career as a receptionist, Georgina quickly realised property management was where she belonged. The fast-paced nature of the role, the variety each day brings, and the opportunity to help people through both the exciting and challenging moments have kept her passionate about the industry ever since.

With several years of experience in property management, Georgina prides herself on building strong relationships with both rental providers and renters. She believes property management is about far more than collecting rent and coordinating maintenance – it's about helping people navigate what can often be a stressful experience with honesty, empathy and clear communication.

One of the aspects of the role she enjoys most is educating clients about their rights and responsibilities under Victorian rental legislation. As the industry continues to evolve, Georgina is committed to continually expanding her knowledge so she can confidently guide rental providers and renters through every stage of the process. Whether she's answering questions, resolving challenges or simply providing reassurance, her goal is always to ensure people feel informed, supported and heard.

Known for her friendly nature, reliability and honest approach, Georgina adapts her communication style to suit each individual while remaining proactive, solutions-focused and calm under pressure. She genuinely cares about the people she works with and takes pride in creating positive experiences built on trust rather than simply managing transactions.

Having spent almost her entire life in Bendigo, Georgina loves being part of the local community and appreciates the welcoming nature of the people who call it home. Outside the office, you'll usually find her cheering on her partner at local football, catching up with friends, curled up with a good book, trying out a new recipe, or spending time with her Golden Retriever, Lottie, and her three cats, Cleo, Beanie and the newest addition to the family, Murph.
