Paige holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, as well as a Certificate IV in Real Estate. With more than 10 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education sector, she brings a wealth of expertise in team leadership, operations, and administration.

Throughout her career, Paige has built a strong reputation for being reliable, organised, detail-oriented and adaptable. Her background in Early Childhood Education has equipped her with exceptional communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, enabling her to build strong relationships, support high-performing teams, and create positive working environments.

Paige is passionate about leading and supporting others, with a genuine commitment to helping her team succeed. She takes great pride in fostering professional relationships with both clients and colleagues and is known for her collaborative and approachable nature.

As a familiar face within the Ray White family, Paige also brings extensive knowledge of the business, having previously led our Sales Administration team. Her understanding of our systems, processes and culture makes her a valuable asset in her new role.

Originally from Bendigo, Paige enjoys spending her spare time with family in Romsey, travelling, and playing sport with her partner.
