Rebecca brings over 20 years of experience across property management, community housing, social support services and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Literature .

She has extensive experience managing complex tenancy portfolios, including rooming houses and managed accommodation, and is highly skilled in navigating legislative requirements, risk management, and day-to-day operational demands.

With a strong background in both welfare and property management, Rebecca is known for her ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients. She takes a practical, solutions-focused approach and prides herself on delivering professional, compliant, and client-centred property management outcomes.

Outside of work, she prioritises self-care through regular exercise and time outdoors and is an active member of the Strathfieldsaye Lions Club.
